No Day is the Same
My career began in the automotive sector as an Inside Sales Account Manager, a male-dominated industry where I learned to have a thick skin and perform well under pressure. After five years, I decided to take my career in a new direction. Through my network, I had the opportunity to work at Philips, where I spent six enjoyable years. In my last role as a Customer Collaboration Manager for the European market, I worked with various clients, cultures, and work styles. This experience taught me a lot about customer satisfaction and the importance of understanding customer expectations.
What I enjoy most about my role at Defenced is the incredible variety. No day is the same, which brings a lot of dynamism and new challenges. The biggest challenge I encounter is breaking through old work patterns and methods. I tackle this by actively encouraging change and motivating and supporting the team throughout the process.
Culture
I find the culture at Defenced very special: warm, open, and respectful. Everyone is valued for who they are, and there’s a lot of room for personal input. What makes the company truly unique is that everyone feels seen, and there’s a lot of collaboration and mutual respect.
My Ambition
My ambition is to work with the management team to further steer the organization toward a 'customer-focused mindset,' where customer satisfaction and quality are always at the forefront. I want to contribute to improving customer relationships and exceeding customer expectations so that we consistently deliver on our promises.
